The service was all in all excellent. There were extremely comfy beds and central heating, an electronic key card, and television inside the room...

Everything was perfect, excellent service, awesome location not far from Germany, public transport and the airport by bus. The single room was compact, included a personal safe, an air conditioning, and an electronic key card. The hotel was impeccably clean with professional staff:)))

The value for money at this hotel is impressive - prices are affordable and reasonable, especially considering its perfect location on the edge of Eppendorf, right next to the university hospital. The hotel staff were attentive and handled any issues promptly. The basic amenities provided in the clean and comfortable rooms for four persons were great, and the bathroom was adequately sized. Finally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and must say it was quite enjoyable. Loved the modern, young stylish decor and the nice atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, always making sure we were comfortable. loved the Chromecast function on the TV, a huge plus! The key location was perfect, easy to reach and walking distance to tourist spots. Breakfast was quite good as well, definitely liked the variety of options on offer.

The parking cost, quite expensive with limited spaces near the hotel. , the room we stayed in was small for three people and the partition in the middle of the queen size bed was quite uncomfortable.

I had an amazing stay at the Niu! the hotel had a modern and stylish design, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. I loved the beautiful view from the seventh floor. the location was perfect, with a park, coffee shops, an Italian restaurant, and a bar nearby. the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. I had a great experience at the Niu. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff made sure every little aspect was taken care of, from the comfortable pillows to the sunlight blocking curtains. Lastly, the location was convenient. It was easy to get downtown or to the Alster from this hotel.

The only thing that could be improved was the communication from the staff.
